The tender is split to separate the playing surface and the contractor or installer. Many projects do not require multi-layered main contractors or management companies, in such instances will employ the lift and installation gangs directly. We hand pick only from the most established and consistent in the industry ensuring the highest of quality standards

Funded projects

This model will not only work well for privately funded projects, but as it represents a legal tender process we can apply it to any funded projects.

Both the synthetic turf and installation works will be separated and tendered individually, with our project management closing the loop.

We work with the vast majority of the best synthetic turf manufacturers, should you have a preference just discuss it with us, otherwise we will work with a minimum quality specification and send it out as a competitive tender.

Topographical Land Surveys

We use the latest RTK-corrected GNSS technology, employing a base station to single-handed enable fast and accurate results in the field with capability to survey up to 5km areas. Using a base station means we work to centimetre accuracy without the need of relying on RTK correction subscriptions which can be less that reliable in certain areas. We offer this service nationwide and can provide post-survey processing using AutoCAD to your bespoke requirements. The surveyor is a qualified land and hydrographic surveyor and has extensive experience in the field.

Expert Witness

We are a registered expert witnesses specialising in sports surfaces of all kinds. Whether it is compensation for injury, liability in litigation or insurance cases for damage from natural or man made occurrences we will analyse the evidence and determine fault with recommendations and costings for correction and remedial works.
